When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional fields you fill in (company, phone number, and the type of service you're interested in). We don't collect this information anywhere else on the site — there are no account sign-ups, and we don't use tracking cookies.

We also use privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and site performance. These tools don't use cookies and don't collect personally identifiable information — they report aggregated statistics like page views and load times, not individual visitor profiles.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit through our contact form to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
• Keep a record of the conversation in our internal customer relationship system, so our team can follow up appropriately
• Understand where inquiries come from, so we can improve how we reach potential clients

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where your information is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in our internal system, hosted by Supabase on infrastructure located in the United States. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both providers act as our data processors and are contractually bound to protect your data; neither uses it for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly limited to what's required for the site to function (if any), not for tracking you across sessions or other websites.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To do so, email hello@baobabstudio.dev and we'll act on your request promptly.

8. Children's privacy

Our site and services are directed at businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
